IT Data & AI Intern - PFE · Casablanca

The role We are looking for a highly motivated IT Data & AI Intern to join our IT Department. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to data analytics, AI solutions and digital transformation projects. Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design and testing of data-driven solutions, from business requirements and data assessment to prototype development and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities Data & AI Solutions • Support the design and development of data analytics and AI prototypes addressing business needs. • Assess data availability, quality and source reliability. • Test solutions against representative business cases and translate results into actionable insights. Business Intelligence & Reporting • Contribute to the development of dashboards and automated reporting solutions. • Consolidate and analyze KPIs to improve business performance visibility. • Support the creation of clear, traceable and business-friendly reporting outputs. IT & Process Analysis • Map existing business processes, systems, data flows and functional requirements. • Identify pain points and opportunities for digitalization and optimization. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define success criteria and improvement recommendations. Data Governance & Solution Design • Support the documentation of solution architecture, data requirements, security and governance needs. • Contribute to ensuring solutions are reliable, explainable and aligned with business requirements. • Document prototypes, assumptions, limitations and recommendations for potential further development. Key Competencies & Profile • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field. • Strong interest in IT, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both business and technical requirements. • Familiarity with data visualization, BI or analytics tools; knowledge of Power BI, Grafana or similar tools is a plus. • Good understanding of data quality, governance and information security principles. • Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams. • Fluent professional English & French.
