Business Development & Marketing Intern - PFE · Casablanca

The role We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern to join our team. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to market analysis, business development, marketing, pricing and operational performance, while contributing to strategic and improvement projects. You will work with different stakeholders to analyze business opportunities, structure recommendations and support their implementation. Key responsibilities Market & Business Analysis • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and customer analysis. • Identify business opportunities and support the preparation of business cases and recommendations. • Analyze customer needs, market trends and business performance. Marketing & Commercial Development • Support customer segmentation, customer journey and marketing initiatives. • Contribute to digital communication activities, content planning and campaign performance analysis. • Support pricing analysis, including market prices, costs, margins and sales performance. Process & Performance Improvement • Map and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. • Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools. • Contribute to project coordination, implementation follow-up and documentation of processes. Financial & Operational Analysis • Collect, consolidate and analyze operational and financial data. • Support cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives. • Contribute to the development of practical analysis and monitoring tools using Excel and Power BI. Key Competencies & Profile • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations. • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple topics. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. • Fluent professional English & French.
